And the volunteers get to keep the gadgets after the tests. I've gotten a couple pretty cool things over the time. However you have to take a survey after you have used the iPad, iPhone, laptop, etc... you pretty much just have to give your opinion.. point out the pros & cons. Although it seems easy..keep in mind that those consumer survey groups tend to fill up reaaaal quick. So a lot of times the seats are already taken. You can try though. They'll just send you an sms or call you up if they've got any surveys. Best of luck! The problem is that you actually have to sign up for a few of the "free" offers they have, such as trial memberships that you have to cancel, as well as get 5-10 of your friends to do the same. Do you really want to bug your friends to sign up for stuff they don't want, just so YOU can get an Ipad? There are plenty of sites out there that offer free electronics, including the ipad.

The problem is that you actually have to sign up for a few of the “free” offers they have, such as trial memberships that you have to cancel, as well as get 5-10 of your friends to do the same.

Do you really want to bug your friends to sign up for stuff they don’t want, just so YOU can get an Ipad?

The i-pad WIFI model is brand new and is still exclusively sold at Apple stores. The 3G model hasn't even come out yet! It will be a hefty price and honestly, none of the i-pads support Flash so many good websites with cool features won't work.
